Matcha Green Tea Latte Recipe

Ingredients you will need for the Matcha Green Tea Latte:

1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder

¼ cup of boiling water

¾ cup of almond milk, soy milk or regular milk

honey to taste

Directions:

1. In a heat proof mug, whisk together the matcha green tea powder with the hot water. Mix until well dissolved. This will prevent your latte from being powdery

2. In a small saucepan, heat your milk over medium heat until it starts to barely simmer

3. Pour the milk into your cup and combine well

4. Add honey to taste and enjoy!

5. For an iced latte, simply use cold milk and/or ice
